The OS1st IT3 Performance ITB Sleeve provides relief from IT band syndrome using support and graduated, medical-grade compression. OS1st's Compression Zone Technology applies varying levels of pressure to three different points, giving you just the right amount of compression in each area to promote circulation and hasten recovery while keeping you comfortable resting or during workouts. With a slim profile, the OS1st IT3 Performance ITB Sleeve can also be comfortably worn under clothing. During workouts, hypoallergenic gel and moisture-wicking fabric helps keep the sleeve on securely, preventing chafing and making sure it stays in place no matter what you're doing! Each package includes one compression sleeve.
